Five traits. A fuller picture of yourself.

The five traits come from the Big Five model, which psychologists have used for decades. Your score is a position: how many people score lower than you. No score is better than another.

Openness is about curiosity, imagination and interest in new ideas.

People who score higher often seek out new experiences and like to think about ideas. People who score lower prefer the familiar and choose what has proven itself. Both have their strengths.

Conscientiousness

Structure when it is needed

You like to take things as they come. A plan helps you get started, but you keep room to adjust along the way, and that makes you agile when something changes.

In teamwork you are the one who moves along when plans shift. For long jobs with many small steps it helps to choose a few fixed moments in advance to take stock.
